ORDER SUMMARY
By lodging this application I state that I have read the enrolment conditions and agree to the conditions therein. If you have not filled in a Sydney Indoor Climbing Gym (SICG) waver form then you can do so here. All children enrolled in Stone Monkeys must obey SICG's terms and conditions.
Full payment is required at time of enrolment for confirmation of Stone Monkeys placement.
Requests for refunds must be made through info@sydneyrockclimbing.com within fourteen (14) days of the commencement of the term and will be subject to a 50% administrative fee of the total program fee.
Refunds will not be given for partial attendance.
Payments and enrolments are non transferable.
Session days may be swapped to another day once a term upon request.
Stone Monkeys reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate enrolment to participants who do not abide by club rules at the participants own expense.
Stone Monkeys reserves the right to cancel any program. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice, with those enrolled given a full refund.
I understand that Stone Monkeys t-shirts are a uniform that is to be worn at every session.
(Spider Monkey students only)I understand that I must be present at all times during the session and that I will be required to belay. I understand that my absence of this role may result in no climbing for my child.
I understand that Stone Monkeys reserves the right to retain all media taken of participants for promotional purposes.
I understand that Stone Monkeys will retain participant's enrolments details on a database which shall be removed upon request.
I authorise the staff of Stone Monkeys to obtain medical assistance as they see fit and will incur any costs arisen from this.
